Genjyu Japanese restaurant’s teppan-yaki feast stars Iki wagyu beef from Nagasaki’s remote Iki island, legendary for its rarity and exquisite flavor, accompanied by an abundance of other premium produce, all carefully hand-picked by our chef de cuisine and, from the rice and vegetables right down to the seasonings, almost all sourced locally in Kyushu.

Savor our lunch menu, centered on carefully-selected wagyu beef from Kyushu-raised Japanese blacks, or indulge your senses to the fullest with the dinner menu, each dish a work of art in its own right, and the feast culminating with Genjyu’s special ‘hitsumabushi’, melt-in-the-mouth roast Iki wagyu beef doused in a mouth-watering broth. Savor flavor, fragrance, sight, sound and texture, and satiate your senses on an epicurean odyssey.
