Genjyu by Sushi Masashi is overseen by the Michelin-starred Sushi Masashi in Kita-Aoyama, Tokyo. Look on in anticipation as our master chef painstakingly prepares exquisite Edomae sushi using superlative local ingredients carefully selected for that day.

On Friday, June 21, to celebrate the first anniversary of The Ritz-Carlton, Fukuoka's opening, we will be presenting an unforgettable ‘omakase' dinner paired with the inimitable Dom Perignon. The Ritz-Carlton, Fukuoka, inspired by local traditional fabrics, ‘Hakata-ori' and ‘Kurume-kasuri,' and Dom Perignon, will be pairing up to create an unmissable one-night-only gastronomic experience: The superlative flavors of Kyushu's abundant local produce, including, of course, freshly-caught seafood from the nearby Genkai Sea, woven together by Genjyu's artisan sushi chef into a meal that will take you on an epicurean odessey through the layers of time, carrying over from the past, through the present, and into the future.
