    In Kaiseki, we cherish the unique seasons of Japan, utilizing fresh fish caught in the Genkai Sea and seasonal ingredients from Kyushu to provide authentic Kaiseki cuisine that emphasizes the flavours of the ingredients.

    Please enjoy the pairing of tableware made from Kyushu ceramics, such as Arita ware and Karatsu ware, with your meals.
